Really good Stay at The Hidden Gem

I found this hotel to be a good surprise. Its location proved very convenient, a short walk from MTR stations and the Wanchai ferry. The staff were very helpful. They promptly delivered extra water and an ironing board. Breakfast featured a cozy setup with both a buffet and separately ordered hot meals. The bed was great, with good pillows and an aircon (it didn't blow right at me!).

I noticed only one slight issue, the water pressure in the rain shower was noticeably weaker than that of the hand shower.

the location is excellent (i could walk to many places!). it is between wanchai and causeway bay mtr station. many good local restaurants and shopping malls are nearby.

the door doesn't block noise well. i could hear people walking up and down the hallway.

The room had a very powerful shower. It was also super quiet on the 23rd floor. All the staff were friendly and very helpful! The hotel is a short walk from the tram stop.

The location is a bit away from the MTR. It's still manageable, but requires a bit of a walk.

The room was surprisingly small. It barely had a closet for storing clothes, just a small open rack. if you are on a floor below 20, there is no view, as you look directly at the building across the street. the staff was not friendly.
